My account is blocked after I changed an address detail!Your address change must be approved by your confirmed adidas contact person at adidas first. Once this is done, you will receive an e-mail from the shop system. If you don't receive answer after some days, maybe contact your confirmed contact person at adidas again, and ask for approval. You can find your confirmed contact person by clicking on PROFILE, Edit my Profile, or simply paste this link: https://color-ms.com/Account/Profile

Can you supply a list of colors of a particular season?A color list can be downoaded here in the shop under https://color-ms.com/Downloads Please note, that only the purchase of Rings or Books activate the downloads of a season.

Why can't my Invoice Address be edited?This happens, if your invoice address was created out of the delivery address by system. Changes to delivery addresse must be approved. Invoice Addresses that have been created seperately, can be edited freely.

The QTX File of a season does not appear in the download section.Please note, that only the purchase of Color-Rings, Color Books and Color Book Inlays, activates the respective QTX downloads.

about Annual Color Books for SS27Currently we only can provide 1 book of Annuals SS2027 and these are meant especially for NEW suppliers. All others use existing tools or can order single book inlays if colors are missing. Pls. note, that the currently available Annual Color Books are missing the following 4 colors: A9MV Haze CoralS17, A7C6 Vivid MintF14, A96C Ice BlueF16, AAJK White TintS18. These will be delivered later once available
